PEAK form

Peak FORM, the ultimate body conditioning reformer pilates workout. Peak FORM is the perfect balance of flexibility, mobility and strength in a low impact environment.

Peak FORM follows the principles that guide the Pilates method. These include concentrating on each movement, the use of the abdomen and lower back muscles, flowing, precise movement patterns, and controlled breathing to achieve optimal flexibility, mobility, muscle tone and strength.

PEAK Mat

Peak MAT is designed to showcase the true foundation of Pilates, developed by Joseph Pilates. 

This class will challenge the use of body weight for resistance to tone, strengthen and build stamina. 

The way Mat work activates the core is difficult to replicate, along with breath work, the class will leave you feeling grounded and refreshed.

PEAK Mat Fit

Peak MAT FIT is a full body, strength-based workout at a faster pace.

Build on the foundation of matwork, adding in strength and cardio elements to build more muscle endurance and stamina. This class offers a higher intensity that will leave you feeling strong, energised and revitalised.
Suitable for all levels but not recommended for first timers.

PEAK Fit

Peak FIT is a strength-based reformer exercise. Peak FIT challenges you physically and mentally, pushing your own personal boundaries to uncover your inner strength and endurance.

It is the type of exercise you won't know how much you enjoy until you try it! You will feel so energetic and powerful at the end of the class. After only a few sessions, you will see drastic changes in your day-to-day life both physically and mentally.

PEAK Fit advanced

Peak FIT ADVANCED is designed for experienced clients wanting to take it to the next level.

We will be using the reformer springs, dumbbells, bala beams and other props to progress the load, increase your ROM and stability, to make you stronger and fitter.
