Peak 5-Class Pack - classes have a 3-month validity period from date of activation.
Peak 10-Class Pack - classes have a 6-month validity period from date of activation.
Peak 20-Class Pack - classes have a 12-month validity period from date of activation.
Foundation Unlimited Weekly $49 Membership commences upon activation, and requires a minimum 13-week commitment. $49 price continues indefinitely provided continuous membership is maintained at same level. Membership can be cancelled after initial 13-week contract by providing a minimum of 14 days notice.
